Official update regarding the fire at the Arcadia community on March 22, 2026.

We are grateful to confirm that all residents and team members were safely evacuated, and no
injuries were reported. The incident resulted in significant damage to the central core of the
building, including primary common areas and shared spaces. While most residential units were
not directly impacted by the fire itself, there is extensive smoke and water damage throughout
the community. Elevator systems are currently non-operational. The cause of the fire remains
under active investigation.

Preliminary assessments indicate that restoration and rebuilding efforts will be extensive. We are
working closely with our insurance carrier and their consultants to thoroughly assess the damage
and develop the best path forward. We have also contracted with a professional restoration
partner to continue to stabilize the property and assist us in completing a full damage assessment.
At present, displaced residents are securing temporary accommodation through several of our
trusted independent living partners in the surrounding area. We are actively supporting
coordination efforts to ensure continuity of care and housing. Our immediate priorities remain
focused on stabilization, partner coordination, and advancing the recovery process. We are
committed to providing timely and transparent communication as additional information
becomes available.

We deeply appreciate the continued support, collaboration, and partnership of our extended
network during this challenging time. For operational coordination or additional inquiries,
please contact Robin Barich, Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing 502.299.3078.
