She has been so happy attending activities and exercise programs they provide. The staff are wonderful caring people which allows us to feel comfortable with her living there. The facility is clean and very well kept. We have enjoyed several meals there with Mom and can definitely say the food is good and well balanced. I’ve been here two weeks and absolutely love this place. So glad I found this. Although I am on the young side my health took a downturn with being diagnosed with cancer. Being alone made cooking/cleaning stressful. Now I don’t have to worry. The food is fantastic and I always have the option of ordering off the bistro side if I just want a burger or chicken tenders. With everything included there is bonuses I am finding. Cable, printer available, real Happy Hour, 24 hour concierge at the door for deliveries just to name a few. Truly a home. I feel so good and relaxed about the decision to live here. The studio is large and the ceiling so tall it is like having double the space by putting shelves up. I almost forgot to mention that i am not the only resident that still works. I work from home and have no trouble with being online and my productivity has improved since being here. My mom moved into the independent living building this year and the entire transition has been such a positive experience. From the first staff members we met during our tour to the room selection and move in, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Mom is all settled in in her newly updated apartment and has met so many new friends. The building and dining room are always clean with good food selections. It’s so comforting for our family knowing she is living in such a safe and friendly environment. The staff there truly care about the happiness of their residents. I am a caregiver and I have had the opportunity to visit several senior facilities over the past 4 years. Arcadia is one of my favorites, the transformation after the transition from the former company is not only beautiful but functional and inviting as well. The staff was super friendly and answered all of my questions and I even had a few conversations with some residents.
